Madonna Finally Responds to Lawsuit Over Concert’s Late Start Time
Celebrities are no strangers to lawsuits, but the lawsuits lately have gotten more strange. See the most recent lawsuit against Madonna, where two fans decided to sue the artist because of a Celebration show that started more than two hours late. Madonna and Live Nation have decided it was time to respond.
Madonna’s Concert Delay and Lawsuit
It all began on December 13, 2023, when Madonna's concert at Brooklyn's Barclays Center started a bit after 10:30 p.m., which was two hours later than the officially announced start time.

Two fans, Michael Fellows and Jonathan Hadden, were upset with the "false advertising, negligent misrepresentation, and unfair and deceptive trade practices." They were upset that they felt like Madonna didn't respect fans who had to work the next day or use public transportation to get home.
