Even though not even the producers of Farewell From Dodger Stadium expected the Emmy win, Elton John has now joined the elite ranks of EGOT winners, becoming the 19th entertainer to achieve this milestone.

Capturing John’s 2022 farewell concert in Los Angeles, the special marked a significant moment in his career. Comedians Tina Fey and Amy Poehler presented the award. Elton John was unable to attend the ceremony due to recent knee replacement surgery, and it’s no wonder considering how much time the entertainer spent on stage throughout the years.
